A true Bon Vivant is well-informed and practiced in that which they indulge. With that in mind, we invite you to participate in any number of our existing classes or to schedule your own "edutainment" engagement for the private home, corporate outing, promotional event...or whatever you can dream up.

In our classes we teach you two things:

   1. how to make better drinks for yourself and your friends

   2. how to be a more discerning consumer when you are enjoying spirits and cocktails.

THESE CLASSES ARE HANDS ON, meaning every student is given a complete set of tools and a work station to actually make their own drinks (and drink them; therefore, all classes are 21 and over only). We use only premium spirits and the highest quality local produce and other ingredients. There's really no better way to learn!

Cocktail Ambassador classes are now taught at The Boothby Center for the Beverage Arts, at 1161 Mission Street, in San Francisco. We have regulary open enrollment classes for individiuals and small groups that span theintroductory topics of Mixology 101 to more complex classes about partiucular spirit categories, drink styles and thematic recipes.
